I am having trouble placing an order

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact our customer service team by using our contact page and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.

Can I order over the phone?

Currently, we do not accept payments over the phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. We aim to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please include your name, order number, email address and the amendment you require. In this situation we will do everything we can to help but cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made when placing an order.

Can I change my order?

Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund. Please refer to our Returns policy section.

I have received the wrong item

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number, which item you have not received, what you have received in it’s place and photographic evidence. Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified to your satisfaction.

I am missing something from my order

If you have received your order and you find an item is missing, we may have removed the item due to being out of stock. In this situation you will be sent an email giving the option to choose an alternative item. If we have received no response within 48 hours of this email, the item will be refunded from your order and the remaining items sent. If you haven’t received an email notification about an item being out of stock, but you’re still missing an item, please contact us immediately stating your order number and the missing item(s).

What is the difference between 6 and 12 volt ride on cars?

The main differences include the age range or weight restriction, run times and speed, which surface you can drive the electic cars on. Our 12v cars will perform better on tarmac and grass, 6v ride on cars can only be used on hard flat tarmac surfaces. 12v cars can be used by a higher age range up to 7 years old, whereas 6v is recommended for up to 5 years old. Please note that these age ranges are only an estimate and advice as children can vary in size and shape. 12v cars will go to about 5mph and 6v will go to about 3mph. With regards to run time, on average 6v cars will operate for 30-60 minutes and 12v cars will operate on average 1-2 hours. Please note this times are estimates and will vary depending on the weight of the child and the surface the electric car is driving on.

Is there much assembly required?

All of our ride on cars require a small amount of assembly.

Foot to floor push along cars: Approximately 10 minutes.

Electric ride on cars: Approximately 1 hour.

Can I leave the battery on charge?

No, you must not charge the battery for over 12 hours, as this will cause damage to the battery cells. Also, when not using the battery it should be charged every month.

What are the best surfaces for my ride on car to operate on?

12v electric cars will operate on most surfaces including gravel, tarmac and grass. 6v electric cars are for us on hard, flat tarmac surfaces only due to a smaller motor. Pedal cars can be driven on any surface that your child is able pedal on.

What can I do with the parental remote control?

Some of our electric cars include parental remote controls. Adults can operate the car using the remote, giving them full control of the forward or reverse function and steering. These cars can also be operated by the child by using the foot pedal.

Can I personalise the license plates on the car?

Personalised number plates aren’t currently available however, we are soon introducing front and rear personalised number plates which are custom to fit your specific electric car.

Discount Codes and Coupons

Do you currently have any discount codes?

From time to time, we run discount codes for our sites. The best way to find out about these and make sure you get the biggest discounts is register on our website.

How do I use my discount code?

Please ensure you’re entering the discount code in the box titled ‘Discount Code’ then hit ‘Apply Discount’. It must be entered in the same format you have received it in.

Can I enter more than one promotional code?

Unfortunately you are not able to use two promotional codes together. If you have more than one promotional code, you’ll need to decide which code you’d like to use.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you wish to place a bulk order please Contact Us so we can discuss your order further. Please note that bulk orders may incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery

Will a signature be required on delivery?

Yes, all items are sent recorded delivery which will require a signature.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend the delivery address on an order once it has been dispatched.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed, depending on the shipping method selected. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, letting you know that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please allow up until your estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If this date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, contact us straight away and we will be happy to help.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website where you will be able to check the current status of your delivery.
