European Shipping

UPS Standard – 3-10 Working Days – £74.99

Your items will be delivered 3-10 working days from the shipping confirmation.

If you are unable to select your country at the checkout stage, please contact us and we will provide you with a delivery quote.

International Shipping

We currently only deliver within Europe.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.

Returns Policy

Returns Form

If in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please click here for the returns form. Please include this with your returned order as this allows us to process your return as quickly as possible.

Return or exchange an item

If you wish to return an unwanted order, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receiving it, providing it is new, unused and in the original packaging. You’ll need to pay for all postage costs sending the item back to us. We’ll issue you a full refund for the amount you originally paid on placing the order. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.

Important Information

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed for, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please include in your parcel whether you want an exchange/refund. To speed up the return process you can download our returns form here.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible. For the quickest resolution, we require digital photos of the fault within the item sent via email. We can then authorise a replacement or refund for the damaged item. As long as you notify us beforehand, we will cover the return postage costs.

If a product has been mis-used, abused or deliberately damaged, then we will not accept any returns, nor issue replacement or refunds.

If you do not include a cover note with the return, we will be unable to identify it as yours. To speed up the return process you can download our returns form here. We will hold any unidentified item returns for 1 week before disposing or returning to stock.
